Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, Our E-bike is shipped from our warehouse in Poland, you don't need to pay extra shipping or taxes or customs clearance fees.
Please note that for cities considered remote areas by UPS, additional shipping fees will be charged. (This is due to UPS and does not mean that our website violates the free shipping policy)
Q: How long does it takes to receive the placed order?
A: All E-Bike orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, and it will ship from Poland warehouse. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Some accessories will ship from China, the shipping time is about 10-20 business days. The delivery time of pre-sale orders is subject to the special instructions displayed on the website.
Q: How to track my order?
A: Tracking information will be provided via email or can be found in "My Account" if logged in.
You can also contact our customer service(Email: support@burchda.eu) to obtain logistics tracking information. In order to improve communication efficiency, please provide the order email or order number so that customer service staff can check the latest information

A: We offer all original accessories for Burchda E-Bike as we are the original factory store. Please find the accessories you want in the store or contact our customer service (support@burchda.eu).
Q: How to get after-sales service?
A: Purchasing a bike on the burchda-official.com automatically registers your after-sales information. You can enjoy three years of free warranty service, and receive discounts for parts replacement after two years. If you have any after-sales needs, please feel free to contact customer service.
