Which countries do you ship to?

BURCHDA EU Factory Store ship E-bikes to all EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, with the exception of the Swift S1) and UK. Some remote areas and island countries are excluded.

We also support shipping accessories to all European countries and the United States, UK. (Some accessories will ship from China, this will be marked on the product page).

Other region users please check with us first to confirm whether delivery is possible before placing an order.

This method of shipping is the best option we have to keep prices low for you and shipping times reasonable.

Please note that BURCHDA brand store DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, We have warehouse located in Europe(Only Include EU countries) and the United States(Except Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii).

Priority shipment of our items will be arranged from the nearest warehouse with FREE SHIPPING by local carrier.

Please note that we will charge additional shipping fees for cities that are identified as remote areas by express companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. (This is caused by the express company and does not mean that our website violates the free shipping policy)

How soon can I get my package(s)?

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days(ship from local warehouse). When products need to be shipped from Chinese factories, we will clearly indicate this on our website.

Note: Delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.

Shipping time may be slightly longer due to holidays or extreme weather.

If the shipping service provider shows your package(s) has delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the service provider as well as support@burchda-official-eu.com as soon as possible, and we will assist in all possible ways.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Yes. Your shipping address can be changed BEFORE your order has shipped. Contact our customer service via support@burchda.eu and we will change the address for you. 

Also note that the address CANNOT be changed once the item has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However, if you placed the order while logged in, you may also go to "My Account" for order details and tracking information.

About tax

Our products are shipped from local warehouses and have been cleared by customs. A few accessories sold separately are shipped from China, but we will be responsible for customs clearance fees. Therefore, consumers do not need to pay customs fees.
